We bought two of these trays and of the two one was fairly well made they other terribly wobbly. Both assembled easy enough just two snap together metal bars and that's it. However that is where the problem is. If the base piece wiggles even a little the entire thing is worthless. The top swivel also barely moved on the one and spun around like a top on the other. The tight spin was far preferable. We exchanged the wobbly too spinny one for another and were very happy with the replacement. So it could have been a bad egg!

These trays do not hold much weight but they can manage a few lighter items up to ten pounds the package says. You get what you pay for with these they aren't top of the line but since we paid $20 they are good enough.
