When the materials for the bed arrived, we were pleased that it had arrived in a fairly timely manner.
However, the instruction packet has blurry/almost unrecognizable pictures, and many of the pieces of wood were splintered up or gouged. I sent an email to their office, and am awaiting a reply, and will be happy to update this review with the results of that communication.
