The mattress ships rolled up in plastic and cardboard box to save space and shipping costs. It unpacked and unfolded easily thanks to the coils in it. After removing the paper tags from it I put it into the new bed and noticed that it is too short. The tag specified that it is supposed to be 38" wide and 74.5" long. I measured 70" long. That leaves half a foot gap at one end of the bed. I was hoping that it will stretch out over night if we leave it laying on the bed frame, but it did not. The cover is made to be 74.5" but the coils inside do not fill the cover, so it bunches up on the top or hangs over on one end if you shift the coils to one side. It looks that it could accommodate another row of coils inside.I don't feel safe to let my kids sleep on it especially on top bunk when the gap is so large. We are going to contact the seller and I will update on the customer service experience.
