My bed was shipped as promised. I hired someone to come put it together for me because it came in 4 big boxes. One board was warped right off the bat but we kept going. He got the bottom bunk together fine. On the top bunk he had issues getting the boards to line up. The boards were not the same length. When we went to put the top bunk on the posts did not match up. He spent a couple of hours putting a bed together and my daughter still did not have a bed. We did not want to take it down until we knew what to do. That was on 1/21/12. I tried contacting Visiondecor or Monday 1/23/12. Could not get through to a live person and the automated said I have to send an email. I did that. I got an email back 2 days later saying they would send replacement parts but need all the details. I sent another email telling what I need but I wanted to speak to a person. 2 days later I got another email that he tried to call but will call me back. Never heard from him again.
