Review : Great Product, poor shipping and service
This bed is every little boy's dream come true. It is a well made, sturdy bed and is relatively easy to assemble (see below). Unfortunately, that is where the "good stuff" ends. I informed the supplier that the tracking number was wrong and asked for confirmation of delivery. Seven days later (after additioanl emails) they responded that there was a mix-up and the shipment had just left (the day before it was set to arrive). It arrived a week late. I notified the logistics company that I needed a 30 minute notice before delivery. The driver called me as instructed, but became angry that I wasn't home waiting for him. The box was very damaged, but the driver was gone. I took the product into my apartment alone (>100lbs), and found some minor dents and scratches on the bed (which were easy for me to fix). The assembly instructions aren't very clear and the nuts and bolts aren't labeled. Some of the tapped holes were cross-threaded and required a tap to run in them. In addition, there...
