This bed was poorly packaged and arrived so badly damaged that only one piece remained usable. After multiple emails to Acme they offered to pay us $110 for the damage, which wouldn't come close to paying for the repair.
I then complained to Amazon. They said we could return it, but WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING, which would be well over $175 roundtrip. We should not have to pay $175 for receiving and returning an unusable item!
