Review : Cheap boys bed
I have had this bed for almost a year now and thought it has been around long enough to write an honest to goodness review.

The main reason I bought this bed was because it was metal (I have 4 boys and wanted one that could take a beating) and could be detached into two separate twin beds. We need the space for now but know they will be too big for a bunk when they are teenagers.

I know this bed looks like it belongs in a clown's room but once you put it together, it isn't that bad. The top bunk has Thomas sheets etc on it and the bottom has Lightning McQueen from Cars so it works out fine for us. We also put both red ends on the red bed to give it a more uniform look.

The bed is made of pained metal. Although it is sturdy enough, the kids can sway it when they are moving around. Where the ladder attatches, the paint has worn clean off. The ladder "hooks" are bigger than the bed frame and moves around easily, hence the paint wearing off. I don't mean...
