Review : Finally found the perfect lightweight blanket
After over a year (and lots of expensive mistakes with purchases), I have found the ideal blanket to put in my duvet cover- I use it like a light comforter. I have tried all kinds of Summer-weight, Ultra-light down comforters that were much more costly and was still too warm at night.I bought this blanket in the king size and use it sideways to fill my over-sized duvet cover best- that way it fits perfectly with plenty hanging down to cover the sides of my 17" deep king size mattress. Most importantly for me this blanket has significantly reduced the amount of times I am waking at night from hot flashes, my body temperature seems to be well-regulated with this cotton option. I would have liked a bit more loft to the blanket, but I suspect that would lead to more heat- so for now I am very pleased (and well-rested) with my new "skinny" comforter!
